During my time at One Medical, I had a great opportunity to work on the company’s first-ever Enterprise summit. It was a chance for attendees to work with the other talented people experience leaders across the country and to discuss how companies can help their employees work better and stay well.
To inspire and connect with the top markets and potential partners through an exclusive and premium One Medical experience.
100% of attendee responders said they would attend the event again in the future. Overall the response to this event was exceptional, and we were able to strengthen key partnerships and prospects who felt very high hospitality, comfort, and welcomed.

We developed and managed a visual system that included brand guidelines, brand photography, color palette, typesetting, icons, and an onsite signage system that represented our brand and how we wanted to deliver this summit to these leaders of people experience. Once packaged, we shipped it off to our other partners at VFE (Venture Further Events) who helped us roll out with the rest of the creative deliverables.
I was able to create memorable brand moments through the visual identity, email blast, name badges, as well as providing art direction support to VFE when needed. From deliberate choices of couch textures to lanyard styles, every detail played a huge part in creating a premium experience for our attendees. It was a team effort and a joy to see this event come to life after many months.
